IDR is seeking an Associate Creative Director – Social Media for a full-time opportunity with a top client. This position is designed for a creative professional with extensive experience in social media content development, campaign management, and digital storytelling. The Associate Creative Director – Social Media will leverage their expertise to produce platform-native content that aligns with brand standards and resonates with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and execution of innovative, engaging social media content that embodies the client’s brand identity and maintains cultural relevance.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of social media campaigns, from initial concept through production and final delivery, ensuring creative integrity and adherence to brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Strategy team to identify and implement new approaches for promoting long-form thought leadership content on various social platforms.
- Develop and produce posts across multiple social channels to effectively demonstrate concepts and drive audience engagement.
- Continuously evaluate content performance, evolving strategies to achieve both emotional connection and business objectives.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency with visual and tonal guidelines, adapting to changes in the social and cultural landscape as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience in concepting, writing, and producing branded social media content for organizations, publishers, or digital platforms.
- Demonstrated creative portfolio with relevant industry experience and recognition through awards or notable campaigns.
- Proven experience drafting compelling social media copy for executive spokespeople and high-profile channels.
- Ability to translate briefs into impactful, creative ideas with efficiency and clarity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to a range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
