In this full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, you will play a key role in ensuring the high quality and usability of our digital platforms, including both mobile applications and web-based environments. As a Quality Assurance Tester (QA Tester), you will be instrumental in identifying and documenting issues, collaborating with development teams, and helping to deliver seamless user experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring software features operate smoothly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Carefully document any software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, providing clear and actionable feedback to support product improvement.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to effectively communicate findings and relay user feedback, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of digital products.
- Maintain thorough records of all test cases, results, and observations, submitting detailed daily or weekly reports that capture findings and outline recommendations for product optimization.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and digital app ecosystems, enabling efficient participation in a distributed work environment.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, demonstrating a background in systematic evaluation and feedback.
- Reliable access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device and a stable internet connection to support remote testing activities.
