Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms, ensuring functionality and an optimal user experience.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with precision and clarity to support development efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams, communicating issues and feedback clearly to facilitate prompt resolution and improvements.
- Verify that software features perform consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure broad compatibility.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, highlight issues, and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing instructions.
- Comfort with remote working tools and familiarity with various app ecosystems and platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
