QA Tester Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the role of QA Tester. As a QA Tester, you will play an integral part in ensuring the quality and usability of our applications and websites by conducting structured testing and providing actionable feedback to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms to ensure optimal user experience.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clarity and precision to support the troubleshooting process.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings and provide clear, constructive feedback for improvements.
- Verify that all software features operate effectively across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining testing results, recommendations, and areas for enhancement.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols accurately.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote working tools and familiarity with various app ecosystems.
- Preferred prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
