QA Analyst Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our quality assurance team. This full-time role focuses on evaluating user experiences and testing the functionality of applications and websites. As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our digital platforms for users across various devices and browsers. This position is remote and based in Nashville, TN, providing the opportunity to contribute to digital product excellence from a vibrant and growing technology hub.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring that all features meet user expectations and company standards.
- Record and document bugs, glitches, and any user experience issues in a clear and organized manner to facilitate efficient resolution by technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate issues, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital products.
- Verify compatibility and performance of software features across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure an optimal experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports that detail testing findings, issues, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow structured testing instructions.
- Demonstrated comfort with remote working tools, including collaboration and reporting platforms, and familiarity with various app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and availability of desktop, laptop, or mobile devices for testing purposes.
