QA Tester Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team as a QA Tester. As a QA Tester, you will contribute directly to enhancing both app and website user experiences, ensuring software products meet high standards of usability and functionality before they reach end users.
Responsibilities- Execute thorough usability testing scenarios for both mobile applications and web platforms, ensuring that all features perform as expected.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear, concise descriptions and relevant supporting evidence.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate identified issues, provide actionable feedback, and verify the resolution of reported defects.
- Conduct cross-device, cross-browser, and cross-screen size testing to ensure consistent performance and compatibility across various environments.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, highlight patterns, and recommend improvements for future development cycles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols with accuracy.
- Comfort with using remote work tools and collaborating in a distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with the app ecosystem and a general understanding of software platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing tasks.
