QA Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote quality assurance (QA) team as a QA Tester. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the seamless functionality and user experience of our digital platforms, including both mobile applications and web-based products. As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of performance, usability, and reliability for our digital solutions, impacting users across the country. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring features function as intended across different devices and browsers.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear, actionable details to support the development and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and project stakeholders to communicate critical testing feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality.
- Verify software compatibility across various screen sizes, operating systems, and browsers to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing test findings, issues encountered, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of app and web ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related fields is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
