As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play an integral role in ensuring the seamless operation and usability of our digital platforms, including mobile applications and web-based systems. Your primary focus will be on executing thorough testing processes, identifying any issues or inconsistencies, and providing actionable feedback to help improve the user experience for thousands of users nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured usability testing on a variety of mobile and web platforms to verify software functionality and performance.
- Methodically document bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, providing clear and concise descriptions and supporting evidence as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to communicate findings, share feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products.
- Validate that software features perform reliably across different devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on testing results and recommendations, either daily or weekly, to inform ongoing product enhancements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and an ability to adhere to structured instructions and test cases.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools and general familiarity with mobile app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user acceptance testing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Reliable internet access and availability of a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device for remote work.
