Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality testing scenarios across both mobile and web platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Systematically document any identified bugs, glitches, or pain points in user experience, providing clear and actionable information for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate issues, feedback, and suggestions for software improvement in a timely and organized manner.
- Verify that all software features perform consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring broad compatibility and reliability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing findings, recommendations, and progress on assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured, methodical instructions for software testing.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device are required for effective remote work.
