Responsibilities- Execute thorough usability testing scenarios throughout the app development lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all user interactions and workflows.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges clearly and accurately, enabling the development team to address issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings, share insights, and help prioritize fixes to improve product quality.
- Verify that applications function optimally across a wide range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on a daily or weekly basis, detailing testing results, identified issues, and recommended improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions meticulously.
- Proficient with remote collaboration tools and comfortable working in a distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with the stages of app development, as well as quality assurance or user testing best practices.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and regular access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device are required to participate in remote testing activities.
