Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile applications and web platforms to ensure optimal user experience.

- Communicate effectively with software development and design teams to report findings, provide critical feedback, and discuss potential solutions.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to verify that all features and functionalities work seamlessly on various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining testing results, issues identified, and recommendations for product improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and strong familiarity with modern app ecosystems.
- Preferred background in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of the testing lifecycle and methodologies.
- Reliable internet connection with access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to perform remote testing tasks efficiently.
