Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web-based platforms to identify potential issues.

- Verify software features for functionality and consistency across different devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for product improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with app and web ecosystems, including common user interfaces and navigation patterns.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running the latest software and applications.
