Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing for a variety of mobile and web platforms to ensure optimal user experience and performance.
- Meticulously document all identified bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges using clear and structured reporting methods.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to effectively communicate identified issues, user feedback, and suggested improvements for ongoing projects.
- Verify software compatibility and seamless operation across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring an inclusive and consistent digital experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports capturing findings, analysis, and actionable recommendations for immediate and future improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow precise, structured instructions during the quality assurance process.
- Comfort and fluency with remote work tools, digital communication platforms, and various app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related technical fields is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
