Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality tests for mobile and web applications to identify bugs, glitches, and areas for improvement.
- Document and report software defects, user experience issues, and technical problems in a clear and organized manner to facilitate timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to communicate findings, clarify requirements, and contribute feedback for ongoing product improvement.
- Verify that application features operate correctly across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen resolutions, ensuring broad compatibility and accessibility.
- Generate and submit detailed daily or weekly test reports summarizing test results, key observations, and actionable recommendations for quality enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to thoroughly follow structured test cases and procedures.
- Experience or familiarity with remote work tools, as well as a strong grasp of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous exposure to quality assurance, user testing, or related technical roles preferred, demonstrating a foundation in software testing methodologies.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to at least one of the following: desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
