Based out of San Bernardino, CA, this full-time position is a key member of our quality assurance department, focusing on comprehensive app and website testing to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience. As a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst), you will play an essential role in evaluating user interactions, identifying and documenting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall performance and reliability of our digital products.
Responsibilities- Execute detailed usability and functionality testing scenarios for mobile applications and web platforms, ensuring all features perform as intended on multiple devices and browsers.
- Accurately document software bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points, maintaining clear and organized records to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to effectively communicate findings, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to iterative improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Verify compatibility and responsiveness of software features across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, supporting the delivery of consistent digital experiences for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports outlining key findings, progress updates, and recommendations for enhancing product quality and user satisfaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote working tools and collaboration platforms, as well as a strong understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a foundational understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- A reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting comprehensive testing processes.
