As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our digital platforms, including both mobile applications and web-based solutions. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on mobile and web platforms, following structured scenarios to assess user experience and app functionality.
- Identify, document, and report any bugs, glitches, or pain points encountered during testing to ensure a seamless end-user experience.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams by providing clear, actionable feedback on issues, helping prioritize and resolve critical functionality concerns.
- Verify software features work effectively across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring consistent performance and compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, detected issues, and recommendations for improvements.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to execute and follow detailed instructions in a methodical manner.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of app ecosystems, including both mobile and desktop environments.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, or user testing is preferred, though not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Access to reliable internet and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to conduct testing activities efficiently.
