Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote quality assurance team as a QA Tester. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for thoroughly evaluating mobile and web applications, identifying issues, and ensuring the highest standards of functionality, usability, and reliability. Responsibilities- Perform structured usability and functionality testing across mobile and web platforms, following defined test cases and scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with accuracy and clarity to ensure comprehensive tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate test results, feedback, and recommendations for product improvement.
- Verify cross-platform compatibility by testing applications on a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, including actionable suggestions for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and test plans.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with various app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Dependable internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device for conducting remote testing tasks.
