Analytics Product Manager Job Overview
The Analytics Product Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating strategic initiatives and delivering internal analytics tools that drive informed decision-making throughout the organization. As an integral part of the Analytics Product team, the Analytics Product Manager blends expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, and user-centered design to create dashboards and data tools that enhance business performance and user experience. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving analytics, user experience (UX), and data engineering to deliver high-impact dashboards and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate complex business requirements into user-friendly analytics solutions that support organizational goals.
- Drive program delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring that project milestones align with business objectives and timelines.
- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to coordinate performance testing and optimize analytics systems for reliability and scalability.
- Utilize BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy to deliver data storytelling solutions that support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing enhancement and continuous improvement of analytics products and dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in program management, product operations, or analytics product delivery, with a track record of successful project execution.
- At least two years of experience in UX strategy or design focused on data tools or dashboards, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of user experience design, data storytelling, and information architecture as they relate to analytics products.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including the use of tools such as Jira, and a solid grasp of software/product development life cycles (SDLC/PDLC).
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internal-facing product or project management roles.
- Background in the hospitality industry or B2B enterprise environments is a plus.
- Certification or formal training in UX/UI design or design thinking methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Scrum, Agile, or PMI are advantageous.
