Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Agent Staff.
Must be able to make the commute to our Goodyear, AZ office location. This is an in-office position.

Position Overview: Agent staff -insurance account representative.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers request.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Handle all incoming phone calls for the insurance office.
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer text messages
- Monitor voicemail messages
- Email/text late pay and cancelation warnings. Additionally, take payments from customers for their insurance policies.
- Greet customers who visit the office in person.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Present a cheerful disposition to customers who call or visit the office.
- Process insurance service transactions for customers
- Provide quotes for new customers
- Pivot to other lines of business (life and health)
As an Agent staff, you will receive...
- Salary
- Annual group bonus and individual monthly bonus
- Paid time off of 3 weeks per year (vacation /sick days)
- This position does not offer group health insurance or retirement benefits.
