Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) Injector Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) Injector to join our established plastic surgery and med-spa practice. This full-time position is based in Williamsburg, VA, and offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated nurse practitioner to deliver advanced cosmetic injectable treatments in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector, you will work under the supervision of a Medical Director, performing procedures that help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. You will also have the support of experienced plastic surgeons and a dedicated marketing team to help build your client base and promote your services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a range of cosmetic injectable treatments, including but not limited to neurotoxins (such as Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (such as Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse).
- Ensure all aesthetic procedures are conducted safely, effectively, and in accordance with established medical protocols and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
- Provide thorough patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and foster a positive patient experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic medicine through ongoing training and collaboration with peers and vendors.
- Collaborate with onsite marketing and social media teams to help promote services and enhance patient engagement.
- Participate in occasional travel between practice locations as needed for training or patient care.
- Deliver post-treatment care instructions and follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and optimal outcomes.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience injecting dermal fillers and neurotoxins in a clinical or medical spa setting.
- Proficiency in administering both neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and a variety of dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse).
- Additional experience with lasers, PDO threads, Kybella, and Sculptra is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with physicians, support staff, and marketing professionals.
