Role Overview
The Account Administrator position plays a key role in increasing our capacity to bid for projects on Upwork. In this contract or project-based role, Account Administrators will be responsible for creating, verifying, and managing Upwork accounts following detailed guidelines and procedures. This position is essential to our overall strategy, enabling us to acquire more projects and foster business growth within the competitive IT and technology recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and set up new Upwork accounts in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Complete all necessary verification processes on the Upwork platform to ensure accounts are fully active and compliant with platform requirements.
- Transfer ownership of fully verified accounts to our internal team upon successful completion of the setup and verification stages.
- Utilize your network to refer others who may be interested in participating in the account creation and verification process, thereby expanding our reach and capacity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create and verify accounts on the Upwork platform. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure successful onboarding.
- Willingness to transfer verified accounts to our team as part of the process, adhering strictly to company protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness throughout the account creation and verification process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective coordination with our internal team.
